About The Shopping Cart

The Cart:

To make shopping easier we use a shopping cart program to keep track of the items you want to purchase. The shopping cart stores information about each item you select and displays these items when you click:

View of Shopping Cart Button
Located at the bottom of each page or "Cart" in the top banner on each page.

When you are finished shopping, the shopping cart will calculate the shipping costs, get your shipping infomation and transfer you to a credit card proccessor (PayPal or other) screen for secure credit card payment.

The Cart Remembers
The shopping cart stores the items you have selected and keeps them for a few days. If you don't complete your shopping and continue later in the day or even the next day your items are still there. The shopping cart does not keep any information, such as credit card numbers, passwords or account numbers. This type of information is not used by the shopping cart and is only taken by the credit card processor on a secure page.

Note: The shopping cart does not mark "One Of A Kind Item(s)" or the "Last Item Available" "Sold Out"until payment for items in your cart has been completed. Placing an item into the shopping cart does not make it unavailable to other shoppers. If by chance two shoppers complete a purchase at approximately the same time, the item will be shipped to the customer who actually purchased it first.

Possible Problems:

Problems that may occur with the Shopping Cart.
If your computer is behind a Proxy Server/Firewall, you may experience problems completing an order with the shopping cart. Proxy Servers/Firewalls are normally found in your workplace. These devices protect your computer systems from the outside world by filtering who can send information into the computer. Occassionally this can cause problems with shopping cart software that needs to communicate with your computer directly. You might try any of the following:

1. Turn off the Firewall.
2. Use a computer that is not behind the Proxy Server/Firewall.
3. Print the Shopping Cart order and mail it in with a money order.
4. Use the Mail-In Order Form and mail it in with a money order.
5. Send an Email, and we will try to handle the order via email only.
6. If you get an error when entering your credit card information (on PayPal or other credit card processors screen), it may be a simple mismatch of address information. The address you use for "shipping" must be the same address you use as a "billing address". In many cases the address mismatch is the cause of credit card processing errors. The credit card company is trying to eliminate the posibility of stolen credit cards which are used in this way.

Special Note:

Don't Email Credit Card Numbers
You should not send credit card numbers or other personal information like bank account numbers or passwords in normal email. Email is not a secure way to send this information.
