The item(s) available on the website change dramatically as orders are processed. Some items (like Kart Parts) are being liquidated and no replacements will be ordered. These items are a diminishing inventory and decrease daily.
Each time the website is updated the available item(s) change. The website is regularly updated and it is possible that an item shown on the web page has already been sold. Our software checks items are they are added to the Shopping Cart to verify that the item is not "Sold Out". Occasionally, however, if a customer does not completely finish the order process correctly, an item may not be put in the "Sold Out" listing. We will sell the last item in any category to the first paid order we receive for that item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Will give you a full refund of the price of the item and it's estimated shipping cost if this should happen on your order.
CREDIT CARDS & FUNDS
We do accept credit cards. All credit card purchases are accomplished using PayPal.
A PayPal account is not required for paying with PayPal, it is a credit card processor that does not require you to have an account for payment.

Credit Cards must have matching "Shipping Address" and "Billing Addresses". If not, you must contact your Credit Card/Bank and ask them to list another "Shipping Address" on your card number.
PayPal does not process orders where the "Shipping Address" and "Billing Address" can not be verified. This is done for your protection as well as ours to prevent unauthorized use or your card. Having your Credit Card information correct is something that is important to prevent unauthorized use of your card in case your credit card information is stolen.
If you pay for with items with an "echeck" (an electronic check from your bank account) using PayPal, we will hold the merchandise to be shipped until we are notified by PayPal that the money has been transferred. Usually this takes 3 to 5 days.
All items are priced in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal in U.S. Dollars.
Currently our sales are limited to the United States.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
JWMercantile.com reserves the right to refuse service or sales to anyone at anytime.
We are required by law to charge and collect sales taxes on all items delivered in the State of Ohio since we ship from the State of Ohio. We do not collect any other tariffs or taxes on items shipped to other states.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We try to use the most practical method to ship all items depending on size, packaging and weight. We normally ship USPS (Priority Mail & First Class) on light boxes and UPS Ground on heavier items. We try to charge reasonable Shipping & Handing costs to cover our use of shipping supplies and our time. We do ship with a delivery confirmation option. When adding tracking and/or insurance in most cases the shippers (depending on weight) are similar in cost.
Shipping charges are shown in the shopping cart as items are added so you can check your shipping cost as you shop.
We ship all orders so they will have delivery confirmation available via the InterNet.
We only ship on normal business days during the week. No shipping is done on the weekend.
We do not ship to APO address and we do not ship to International addresses.
We do not ship COD items.
JWMercantile.com is not responsible for "return shipping costs" of your merchandise if required for any reason except for our own error.
Receiving Items: You should check your shipment(s) when it arrives for damage to containers. Any claim should be made immediately with the carrier. You or anyone accepting delivery must follow some simple guidelines to assure you get what you ordered. If you fail to check your shipment, you may forfeit any right to compensation for the damage or loss of the items.
You should check the number of boxes or items you receive against the freight bill. If there is any problem, note the problem on the receipt you sign from the freight company.
Check the shipment for signs of damage such as broken boxes or tears in the packaging. If you note any damage, make sure the delivery company representative signs your copy noting the damage on that copy.
You should immediately request an inspection of the merchandise that is damaged. You should keep all packaging materials from that shipment. You should file a damage claim with the delivery company for the value of the damaged merchandise. Keep the damaged merchandise and packaging until the claim is settled.
You should open the packages after accepting delivery and make sure there is no hidden damage. If anything is damaged you follow the same steps as above with the delivery company.
If you have someone other than yourself sign or accept your shipment, it is as if you signed for it yourself.
We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or software application errors.

Amazon Books We have listed some books from "Amazon.com" that provide additional information about or relate to items on our site. These books may be purchased through Amazon.com and will be sold, billed and covered by Amazon.com and their warranty policies.
Books & Children's Books-Used: Used books may be returned within seven (7) business days of receiving the item if you do not believe it is in a usable condition or the item is not as the description stated. No returns will be accepted because of content of the book.
Computer Gear: These items are supplied "as is" and have no warranty other than we believe they are serviceable. You may return a used item you have purchased within seven (7) business days of receiving it, if it is not what was described on this site. The part must be returned "unused (by you)" in the original packaging in which it was sent.
Movies: Used DVDs, VHS and other media may be returned within seven (7) business days of receiving the item if you do not believe it is in a usable condition. No returns will be accepted because of the content of the DVD, VHS or other media.
Kart Parts-Used: The new Kart Parts are being sold at substantially reduced prices; in many cases the listed price is well below the original cost of the item. Since these parts have been boxed & stored for several years and are from a closed shop, they do not carry original factory warranties. We guarantee that the part(s) sold as "new" will be new. We will allow return if purchaser is not satisfied with the part as described or the wrong part was delivered. No returns will be accepted for any other reason. Parts returned to JWMercantile.com must be in their "unused" original condition and in the original packages. Failure to be the appropriate part for your use is not a valid reason for return.
These parts are supplied "as is" and have no warranty other than we believe they are serviceable parts. You may return a used part you have purchased within seven (7) business days of receiving it, if it is not what was described on this site. These Garage Sale Type Items are supplied "as is" and have no warranty other than we believe they are serviceable. You may return a used item you have purchased within fifteen (15) business days of receiving it, if it is not what was described on this site. The item must be returned "unused (by you)" in the original packaging in which it was sent.
Shot Glasses: Shot Glasses will be guaranteed to be shipped free of breakage and damage. Any defects on a "used" Shot Glass will be noted in the description of that item on the Shot Glass pages. Any noted defect will not be a reason to return that merchandise.
Spoons: Spoons will be guaranteed to be shipped free of breakage and damage. Any defects on a "used" spoon will be noted in the description of that item on the Spoon pages. Any noted defect will not be a reason to return that merchandise.
We will only accept returns on defective products or incorrectly shipped items. Returns must be made within 14 business days of receipt. Please notify us via Email: Return Request; and let us know that you have a problem with your product to arrange for return. We can not accept returns without prior approval. All returns must be sent prepaid within 14 business days of the date you received the item(s). No collect shipments will be accepted by JWMercantile.com.
We suggest that you ship the return items via FedEx or UPS, or if using the Post Office use some form of tracking option. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping we recommend that you insure the products(s) for their full value. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will ship a replacement product or refund your money, whichever you prefer, as previously arranged. Our liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or, at our option, a replacement of the product(s). Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned may be subject to a restocking
fee of 20%.
